Loud fence to connect with Scotland

At a ‘‘loud fence’’ ribbon tying event for abuse survivors and supporters at St. Joseph's Cathedral in central Dunedin on Saturday (from left) Michael Chamberlain, Rob Donaldson, Darryl Smith, Steve Lynch and Otepoti Collective Against Sexual Abuse development co-ordinator Angelo Libeau. The date was chosen because it was St. Andrew's Day and the group had received ribbons from survivors in Scotland.In a speech at the event Mr Chamberlain, a Male Survivors Otago group member, said the event was ‘‘to connect with the victims of abuse in Scotland’’.
